What Happens Next With Shreveport’s Dog Park?
The Shreveport City Council will reject all of the bids for the proposed dog park on the riverfront and rebid the project. All of the bids came in above the $280,000 budgeted amount. In fact the lowest bid was $635,000. Shelly Ragle, Spar Director talks with KEEL about what will happen now.
Ragle says she is still optimistic that the Dog Park can be up and open to pups by the end of this year.
