Teacher Arrested for Simple Battery

A teacher at Green Oaks High Schol has been arrested for simple battery of a student. 48-year-old Alvin Wallace is accused of physically removing a 15-year-old girl from his classroom back in March. She was reportedly being disruptive and deputies say Wallace first asked her to leave his classroom. Then, they say, he forcefully removed her from the class, causing her to fall against a classroom door on the other side of the hallway. Following an investigation by Sheriff’s Detecctive Jackie Winton, Wallace was arrested and booked into Caddo Correctional Center. His bond was set at $1,500.
