Concerned Citizen, Patrol Officers Nab Suspected Home Burglar

Just before 10:00 a.m. this morning, Shreveport Police patrol officers responded to a call from a vigilant citizen reporting a burglary in progress at a home in the 500 block of West 74th Street.
