A couple of brothers have been busted for food stamp fraud. Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator says 38-year-old Abdo Zamzambi worked at a local convenient store and would purchase food stamps from others for about 60 cents on the dollar, then use the Louisiana Purchase cards to buy soft drinks in bulk for his store
