Bossier City Police Nab Would-be Purse Snatcher
A would-be purse-snatcher didn't get the purse and didn't get very far away before she was captured. Bossier City police say she tried to steal a 28-year-old woman's purse outside the Kroger store on Benton Road just before nine o'clock this morning.
