The "culprits" behind last week's yarn bomb at Northwestern State University have been identified. But nobody's in TROUBLE for the whole thing. She says she hopes it made people feel happy and surprised, and added some color to an otherwise wintery Louisiana landscape. And she says...this is just the beginning...keep watching for more.
