Shreveport Movie Maker 2009 Film Forerunner of Current Hollywood Hit (Video)

The current box office hit, 'God's Not Dead' tells the story of a Christian college student (Shane Harper) who stands up to an athiest professor (Kevin Sorbo) who forces his students - under the threat of a failing grade - to admit that 'God is Dead'.

'God's Not Dead' is inspiring, moving and motivating. It also is surprisingly similar to the 2009 short film, 'God vs Science', which was written and directed by Shreveport movie maker Jabari Thomas.

In Thomas' film, Christopher Alan Weaver plays the student who challenges his bullying, non-believing instructor.
