Bossier City's second alternative fueling station is officially open. State Natural Resources Secretary Scott Angelle joined city officials this morning to cut the ribbon on the station -- at Barksdale Boulevard and Walker Street. Like the first alternative fueling station that opened several months ago on East Texas Street, this new one also offers compressed natural gas and Ethanol-based E85 for public purchase. And, like the other station, this one will also be used to fuel a bunch of city-owned vehicles.
