Men Arrested for Soliciting Sex from Teens

Two Shreveport men have been arrested for soliciting sex from what they thought were 14-year-olds. But, in both cases, the “girls” turned out to be undercover Bossier Sheriff’s agents. 52-year-old Homer Alexander (in booking photo above) has been booked on charges of computer aided solicitation of a minor, indecent behavior with a juvennile, obscenity, and possessing a legend drug. Deputies say Alexander is a registered sex offender from another charge of indecent behavior with a juvenile in 2005. His bond is set at $100,000. 34-year-old William Allen IV (in booking photo below) has been booked on charges of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, indecent behavior with a juvenile, and obscenity. His bond also is set at $100,000 and deputies say he faces similar charges from the Springhill Police Department.
