The Fuller Center for Housing NWLA begins construction this weekend on its 45th house -- the first one in Bossier City. The agency has partnered with Asbury United Methodist Church for the project. More than 50 volunteers and over 18 sponsors will be working Saturday to build a home to help a Bossier City neighborhood. A 7:30 a.m. groundbreaking and opening dedication will lead into a full blitz day for the Fuller Center. The Katy Legacy Build project is going on at 2004 Nina Street in the McCall subdivision. It was named in memory of Katy Watkins, who was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. If you'd like to donate to the project, call the Fuller Center to find out how.
