A Virginia woman was peddling along on the bike and pedestrian section of a major bridge crossing in Norfolk, Virginia when her bicycle-mounted camera recorded a car coming from the opposite direction.

The footage shows the vehicle approaching on the extremely narrow passage, then the cyclist is knocked off her bike. When she asked the driver, who stopped, how he got his car onto the walkway, he wouldn’t answer.

The cyclist and driver exchanged information, then went on their separate ways. The cyclist was later told by police they wouldn’t be investigating the incident, because they weren't called to the scene at the time of the mishap.

Though uninjured, the cyclist says some legal action is not out of the question.
