CADDO PARISH, LA

The Caddo Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a Shreveport man who has a warrant for his arrest, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

On January 8, LaJavious Whitehead, 23, entered the Caddo Parish Clerk of Court Office and stole an original criminal file. Whitehead posted the information on social media without permission. Sheriff's Lt. Donnie Laney was able to recover the file and its contents.

The Caddo Sheriff's Warrants Division has made several attempts to locate Whitehead. A warrant has been issued for his arrest for Injuring Public Records. Anyone with information about Whitehead's location should contact Lt. Laney at (318) 681-0862.
