BPCC CULINARY ARTS WEEKLY BUFFET MENU FOR OCTOBER 4
Bossier Parish Community College Culinary Arts Program offers a buffet from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. on Tuesday nights through December 6, 2011, in the Emmett E. Cope Student Services Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.
The menu for Tuesday, October 4, 2011, is:
• Carrot Bisque
• Stuffed Pork Loin, Dijon Cream
• Mixed Vegetables
• Mashed Potatoes
• Chocolate Doberge cake
• Poached Pears with Raspberry Coulis
• Rye Bread
• Salad Bar
• Tea, Juice, Coffee
The cost is $7.00 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public. (First floor for to-go orders, second floor to dine in.)
BPCC’s Culinary Arts program provides classroom and laboratory instruction and experience to students desiring a career as a professional chef.
