shreveport detectives have been working, literally, around the clock since three people were found murdered in a Mooretown home last Thursday night.  Today, they made an arrest.

57-year-old Tommy Wilson has been booked into the Shreveport City Jail on three counts of second-degree murder with his bond set at a million-and-a-half dollars.

Tommy Wilson is believed to have been a former boyfriend of 41-year-old Carise Ellison -- one of the three homicide victims.  She, her 78-year-old mother, Irene, and 58-year-old Bryan Wilson were found dead in their Gloria Drive home just before 10:00 last Thursday night by a family member who had come home.  Bryan Wilson was in the living room and the women were in separate bedrooms.  The Coroner's Office says all three had been fatally stabbed.

Detectives were able to develop Tommy Wilson as a suspect based on evidence recovered at the scene as well as other information gathered during their investigation.
