An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 was felt across across the Dallas - Ft. Worth area Tuesday afternoon just after 3pm. According to the US Geological Service the epicenter was located in the Irving area. 

Quakes of this size usually result in little or no damage.

The USGS said the precise location was slightly east east of the former site of Texas Stadium. More than a dozen quakes have been reported in that vicinity since October.

Previously, the largest magnitude quake to occur in that area since last year had been measured at 3.3. That had been on November 22nd.
