Who Owns the Most Troubled Apartment Complexes in Shreveport?
SHREVEPORT, LA - Shreveport leaders and several local groups have stepped in to find new homes for dozens of residents of 3 apartment complexes in the city.

Those 3 complexes, The Pines, The Jolie and Villa Norte are behind in paying water bills to the city. Those bills total in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. The water bill was included as part of the rent, but was never passed on to the city. The water to those apartments will be turned off on May 31. Teams have stepped in to help those residents.
What Other Complexes Face Troubles with the City?
Mayor Tom Arceneaux tells KEEL News there are 9 apartment complexes in the city that are facing possible fines or demolition because of property standards violations.
