The Covid-19 vaccine opens to anyone age 16 and older today and there are several places where you can get a vaccine this week.

Monday and Tuesday March 29th and 30th 8am-2pm at hospital main entrance on Stoner.

LSU Health Shreveport North Campus: 2627 Linwood Avenue, Shreveport (Former Chevyland dealership)

Tuesday, March 30th from 5 PM – 8 PM, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC J&J vaccine

Wednesday & Thursday, March 31st & April 1st 12 PM – 5 PM

This is for educators and healthcare workers only. This site has the Moderna vaccine.

Louisiana State Fairgrounds 3701 Hudson Drive, Shreveport

Wednesday, March 31 and Thursday, April 1 from 10 AM – 6 PM, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Moderna or Pfizer vaccine

Stonewall Baptist Church 807 Eastman St., Bossier City

Tuesday, March 30th, 9 AM – 1 PM, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Moderna Vaccine

All sites will be closed Friday and Monday for the Easter Holiday.

More than 55,000 vaccines have been administered at the LSU Health Shreveport large scale vaccine clinics. This is a drive-through operation and you are instructed to bring your ID and insurance card. But there is no out of pocket expense for anyone.
