The incident happened on June 19th just before midnight. 24-year-old Terrence Roquemore of Deberry, Texas stripped down to his birthday suit and went on a chair-tossing rampage on the boat.

He was charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault on a police officer, battery of a police officer, resisting an officer with force, disturbing the peace by being drunk and obscenity. He was immediately taken to a local hospital for observation before he was booked into the jail.

Is he still in jail?

Back in September, he pled not guilty to all the charges. But on November 20th, he changed his tune and pled guilty to battery of a police officer resulting in medical attention. The District Attorney agreed to nol-pross the other counts against Roquemore. His sentence was deferred and he was placed on 2 years of supervised probation and a fine of $250 dollars. He was also ordered to pay officer Kenneth Johnson $1,000 in restitution and $1,000 to officer Jason Lowe.  Roquemore must also remain in a healthcare program in Longview, Texas.

The two police officers suffered minor injuries -- one to the wrist and the other to the knee. One casino patron was taken to the hospital after some of the chemical spray used by police affected her.
