Weather May Cause Another Disruption in “Olympus Has Fallen” Movie Filming
If the rain lets up today, movie filming for "Olympus Has Fallen" will resume. If it does, you can expect traffic interruptions in the areas of Texas, Marshall, McNeill and Milam in downtown Shreveport until 5 o'clock.
From 2 to 9, Milam street between Marshall and McNeill will be closed for special effects -- which will include gunfire, explosions and smoke.
And from 7 to midnight, expect traffic interruptions on Cotton between Louisiana and Texas, and on Common between Crockett and Fairfield. We'll let you know if any of that changes.
Filming has already been postponed a couple of days because of all the rain, which local film office director Arlena Acree says the moviemakers don't need.
