A meth lab bust in the Haughton area ends in two arrests. Bossier sheriff's detectives went to a residence in the 800 block of Ward Lane in Princeton after receiving information that meth was being made at the house. When 36-year-old Larry Gillespie opened the door, detectives immediately smelled a strong chemical odor coming from inside the house. They got search warrants and checked the place out -- and found components used for a meth lab, about three grams of suspected meth and some marijuana. Gillespie and 30-year-old William Thorton both admitted they created the meth lab. They were both charged with manufacturing and possessing Schedule II drugs, and other possession charges. Thorton was also arrested on two fugitive warrants.
