Caddo Coroner Names Teen Victim of Latest Homicide

The Caddo Parish Coroner’s office has identified the woman found unresponsive in her Cedar Grove home over the weekend who later died at a local hospital. The Caddo Parish Coroner's office has named the victim as 19-year-old Trinity T. Myles.

Ms. Myles was transported from her residence in the 200 block of West 69th Street to Ochsner LSU Health hospital by emergency medical personnel. She was pronounced dead at 12:32 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Investigation Underway as Caddo Parish Homicide Count Rises

The Shreveport Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding Ms. Myles’ death. Her passing marks the city’s 38th confirmed homicide for the year 2025. This brings the overall Caddo Parish total to 44 confirmed homicides for the year. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause and manner of death.
