The LSU Tigers Get Eight Nods in the Coaches’ 2013 Preseason All-SEC Squad

Les Miles' LSU Tigers got eight nods in the Coaches’ 2013 Preseason All-SEC squad, the SEC announced Thursday.

Yesterday marked 11 years in a row of the SEC Coaches Pre-Season All-SEC Team.

Junior, Odell Beckham Jr. of LSU LSU (pictured left) was named named in three different positions to all three teams by the SEC head coaches.

Florida junior Ronald Powell was elected to the third team at both linebacker and defensive lineman by the SEC head coaches. The Alabama Crimson Tide was first with 16 student-athletes named. Coaches were not permitted to vote for their own players.

LSU honors for the 2013 SEC Coaches’ Pre-Season All-SEC Football Team:

• Odell Beckham Jr., AP, Second-Team
