Law enforcement agencies around the country have been taking part in the lip sync challenge and finally a local agency has stepped up to the plate!

And step up to the plate they did! The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office did a bang up job with their video set to Pharrell Wiliam's Happy with the help of John Phelan with Black Helmet Films.

I love the fact that CPSO incorporated the use of not only their local LEO's and support stuff, but locals like the kids from the Woodlawn High School's Marching Band. I also thought it was clever how they showcased Sheriff's Safety Town, the K-9 unit, the Caddo Parish Court House, local School Resource Officers and more!

Now before you get too wound up, you should know that this entire production was done on a volunteer basis and no tax payer money was spent on it. You should also know that filming was conducted on a closed course by professionals.

Way to geaux Caddo! We can't wait to see what Bossier, Webster and Desoto Parishes come up with in response!
