The 2020 Republican National Convention Is Still On

Just about everything seems to be delayed or cancelled these days due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 2020 Republican National Convention is scheduled for August 24th-27th in Charlotte, North Carolina, and for now it's still on.

Deputy Communications Director for the RNC, Cassie Smedile, joined The Chad Hasty Show on Wednesday to discuss what the RNC is doing as far as politics and fundraising during the pandemic. Smedile discussed some of the ways volunteers are working together virtually to help re-elect President Trump and that for many, it's a good distraction from the coronavirus news.

Smedile also told KFYO that as of now, the convention is still on, but of course the look and feel may be different in August.
