Texarkana, Texas, police had a suspect in custody within minutes of an afternoon bank robbery. Officers were called to the Wells Fargo Bank branch on W. 7th Street in Texarkana shortly after 3:00pm to a reported robbery.  They were told that a black male, wearing all black clothing, had entered the bank with a handgun and demanded money from a teller.  With cash in hand, he ran north towards a neighborhood where police had already set up a perimeter.  Within minutes, officers apprehended 18-year-old Temetrius Manning and recovered an undisclosed amount of money and a handgun.  Manning was subsequently booked into the Bi-State Justice Center on a charge of aggravated robbery.
