SPAR Assistant Director is Recreator of the Year

A big feather in the cap for the Assistant Director of Shreveport Public Assembly & Recreation.  The Louisiana Association of Health, Physical Educatioon, Recreation, and Dance has named Patrick Wesley the 2011 Recreator of the Year.  Wesley's been with SPAR for a dozen years and says he shares the award with all SPAR employees.
