Shreveport Dog Park Opening Just Weeks Away [VIDEO]

SPAR Director Shelly Ragle talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert and Erin about the opening of the Shreveport Dog Park at Stoner boat launch. Ragle says the ribbon cutting could come as soon as mid to late July and a bevy of festivities are already planned.
