Shreveport’s Tre’Davious White Makes First Pro Bowl

Shreveport native Tre'Davious White has been elected to his first NFL Pro Bowl.
The former Green Oaks Giants and LSU Tiger has become one of the top defensive backs in the NFL, and that reputation has now led to a starting spot on the AFC Pro Bowl team.
White is currently tied for the NFL lead for interceptions with 6, after pulling down two on national television Sunday Night. He also has 58 tackles and a sack this season.
In the 2017 NFL Draft, the Bills picked White 27th overall in the first round out of LSU. In that draft, White slid a little further than some thought he would. There was a point where he was projected as a Top 5 pick. In hindsight, there are some NFL teams in the Top 10 of that draft who would probably rather have White on their roster than the picks they made.
