
Shreveport Man Wanted for Battery of a Pregnant Woman
Officers from the Shreveport Police Department responded to a report of a violent domestic incident in the 4300 block of Illinois Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, who reported that her live-in boyfriend and the father of her children, Phillip Crutchfield, had battered her. The victim is seven months pregnant.
Detectives from the Shreveport Police Department's Domestic Violence Unit immediately began their investigation into the incident. On July 12th, detectives secured an arrest warrant for Phillip Crutchfield on charges of Domestic Abuse Battery Upon a Pregnant Victim and Domestic Abuse Battery 3rd Offense.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured during this incident. The Shreveport Police Department is actively seeking Phillip Crutchfield and urges anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Shreveport Police Department at 318-673-7300 or Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
