On Saturday, July 6, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Shreveport Police were dispatched to the 6100 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop at the River Oaks Apartments in response to a call reporting domestic trouble. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a female had been involved in a domestic dispute with 18-year-old Jacob Sevin.
