Shreveport police are looking for a little help identifying several business robbers.

At about 7:45 p.m. Saturday, December 21st, Lil John's Seafood Restaurant in the 7700 block of Linwood Avenue was robbed.  Police say four males with their faces covered by bandannas, at least one of them armed with a handgun, entered the eatery, opened the cash register and removed the money tray.  They made off with an unknown amount of cash.  Nobody was hurt.

Then, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, December 22nd, a man entered the Valero in the 2200 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop and demanded money.  The clerk tells police the suspect had a bandanna over his face, and another one over his right hand, as if he was concealing a weapon.  The bandit left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.  No injuries in that robbery, either.

Detectives are working to determine whether these robberies are connected in any way.  If there's any information you have that can help, call Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.  You can also SUBMIT A TIP ONLINE.
