Shreveport Pastor: My Congregation Is 'Protected'

Bishop Larry Brandon, pastor of Shreveport's Praise Temple Full Gospel Baptist Cathedral, tells 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty that his congregation is "protected" by a number of team members who are armed, have "concealed carry and are specially trained."

The Bishop also directly addresses Sunday's mass murder in Texas, saying he "remembers once upon a time when (my) church could leave its doors open and anyone could come anytime and pray." But Brandon also tells KEEL listeners that times have changed.
