Shreveport Police Arrest Two for Obscenity in a Car Downtown
Shreveport Police downtown Officers, working alongside Vice Unit investigators, arrested two men on Marshall Street for obscenity.
Tychristopher Harris and DeAndre Bryant were both arrested and charged with obscenity. Bryant was also charged with DWI, possession of marijuana, and driving under suspension.

Under Louisiana law, obscenity includes the intentional exposure of specified intimate body parts “in any public place or place open to the public view” when done with the intent of arousing sexual desire, appealing a prurient interest, or in a manner that is patently offensive.
From SPD:
"Our downtown officers and Vice agents will continue working to address illegal activity and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, businesses, and visitors in Downtown Shreveport."
