SHREVEPORT, LA-  Shreveport Police Department Seeks Wanted Man

Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department are actively searching for 46-year-old Larry Rigsby in connection with a domestic incident that occurred on February 18th in the 2800 block of Quinton Street.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Rigsby for the charge of domestic abuse battery by strangulation.
