Shreve Memorial Gives Back

Shreve Memorial Library gives back to the community tomorrow. In celebration of National Library Week, Shreve Memorial is making a contribution to the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana. The library system's "Food for Thought" Fine Forgiveness Days netted nearly a ton of food for the food bank. During the six-day amnesty period, the library collected non-perishable food items in lieu of overdue library book fines. Library officials will deliver all the food to the food bank at 11 tomorrow morning.
