Caddo Parish Sheriff Steve Prator talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL about the recent rainfall across the ArkLaTex and the possibility of flooding across the area.

Prator tells KEEL listeners that "the most critical thing right now is the Wallace Lake area and south Caddo Parish that comes up quickly. It stays up and goes over the roadway...we're not really concerned about homes being flooded with the level that's forecast."
