Sheriff Prator Bashes Elio Deal With the Parish

Caddo Steve Prator remains highly critical of the deal between the Parish regarding Elio Motors and use of the old General Motors plant. Speaking with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty, the longtime lawman refused to name who he thinks is specifically responsible for what he thinks is a flawed agreement, buts asks, "Is there a sign above Caddo Parish that says 'Fools'?"
