Several roadway and guardrail repair projects going on right now are causing traffic headaches for Shreveport/Bossier motorists.  Today through Thursday -- from 8:30 till 3:30 each day -- the I-20 off-ramp bridge to westbound I-220 is reduced to twelve-foot width so workers can do some bridge rail repairs.

Motorists traveling north on I-49 will find the right hand lane closed at Kings Highway and the exit ramp shortened.  It's expected to be that way until about mid-December while workers make repairs to the concrete pavement.

In Bossier City, the right hand westbound lane of US-80 (East Texas Street) is closed at its intersection with LA-3 (Benton Road) and will be for about three weeks.  Workers are constructing a right-turn lane there.

US-71 (Barksdale Boulevard) has been reduced to one lane in its direction at its intersection with Jimmy Davis Highway.
