Police are Searching For Thomas LaValley’s Stolen Gun

Shreveport Police are looking for slain officer Thomas LaValley's department-issued firearm. Detectives believe that Grover Cannon stole LaValley's gun after murdering him on August 5.

The gun is a semi-automatic Glock Model 22 40-caliber pistol. Shreveport police are offering at 2,500 dollar reward for any info that leads to the return of the gun. Shreveport Crime Stoppers are also offering a $500 cash reward. If you have have info, call 673-7000.
