One Person Is Killed in Shreveport Shooting
SHREVEPORT, LA - One man is dead after a shooting in Shreveport's Allendale neighborhood. The shooting happened in the Alston Street near North Dale Street at about 9:30 last night.
Police are trying to gather evidence and clues in the city's latest homicide. Officers were called to the area where they found one person shot several times. He was rushed to Ochsner/LSU Health where he died.
Another person was also wounded during this incident. One person was taken to the police station for questioning.
This is Shreveport's 45th homicide of the year so far.
