Oil City Police Officer Arrested by Caddo Deputies
An Oil City Police Office has been arrested by Caddo Parish Deputies. The officer faces a charge of sexual battery. The alleged incident happened while the officer was on duty.

39-year-old William Fitzpatrick is accused of entering the home of a woman without permission early Sunday morning. He allegedly woke up the victim and inappropriately touched her. An investigation into this incident led to Fitzpatrick’s arrest on Sunday afternoon.
Fitzpatrick has been booked into Caddo Correctional Center charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and misdemeanor sexual battery.
