SHREVEPORT, LA - Natchitoches Parish Deputies are still on the hunt for one of three jail escapees. Three men broke out of the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center
over the weekend.

Natchitoches Detention Center Major Roger Henson stated that the inmates were wearing orange jumpsuits at the time of the escape, however, recent information and evidence gathered suggests that the escapees changed clothes.

Two of the men were caught on Sunday, but a third man remains on the run.
Residents are urged not to approach the suspect if you see him. You are urged to call 911 or the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office at 357-7851 or Natchitoches Police Department at 352-8101.

Who Is Still On the Run?

26 year-old Seankalyn Chatman is still on the loose. Chatman was being held in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center on the charges of Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Felony, Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting an Officer, Probation Violation, Flight from an Officer, Narcotics Violations, and traffic charges.
A heavy law enforcement presence remains active in and around the City of Natchitoches.

Natchitoches Parish Sheriff Stuart Wright has announced that two Natchitoches Parish Detention Center Escapees, Johnny Williams and Malakhi Nathaniel Gallant, were captured in the City of Natchitoches.

More Details on Those Two Escapees:

22-year-old Johnny Williams was being held on charges of Principal to 2nd Degree Murder and Illegal Carrying of a Firearm.
21-year-old Malakhi Nathaniel Gallant was being held on NPSO charges of Flight from an Officer, Aggravated Obstruction of a Highway, Reckless Operation of a Vehicle, other traffic charges and outstanding warrants out of South Carolina and DeSoto Parish.
Two other people have been arrested for Accessory after Fact after they allegedly aided the escapees following their escape.
