Shreveport and Caddo Parish crews were responding to hundreds of calls for service from downed trees and damage to some homes and businesses.

If you traveled south on Line Avenue, the power was out from Betty Virginia Park to Pierremont. And that’s been the story all across the region. There are small pockets of neighborhoods with power, but the vast majority of the city is without power.
