More young people are missing from Louisiana homes as we move into the new year. Authorities are asking for help from the public to find some of these children.

In many of these cases, the person has been missing for decades and there’s been no trace. Many of them are cold cases in a Louisiana police agency.

Very few of these cases get much media attention and the families are left to do all of the investigative work. One case from Shreveport dates back to the 1970’s and there are still no clues about what happened to the teenage boy who told his family he was going to an event at Centenary College, but he never arrived.

Take a close look at all of these photos and see if you see anything that might help find these people. You never know what tip might be the one that answers prayers.
