Bossier City Mayor Lo Walker talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the future of his rapidly growing town, including how to keep up with the growing demand for infrastructure, schools and other vital city services.

Hizzoner tells KEEL listeners that a plan is in place - and being implemented - to maintain and upgrade area roads, including a plan to widen Shed Road and Viking Drive. Walker, who's been Bossier's Chief Executive for thirteen years, also talks about how the city's rapidly growing population makes more demands on law enforcement, the possibility of the ArkLaTex' major Mardi Gras parades returning, at least partially, to his city and how Bossier City will deal with the possibility of markedly larger land based gambling casinos.
