Shreveport Police are investigating an early morning shooting that has left one man dead and another wounded.

Shreveport Police got a call about a shooting on Interstate 20 east near Jewella Avenue. Officers arrived and found a green SUV stopped on the inside wall. The driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Kenyon Frazier, suffered several gunshot wounds and was rushed to University Health. A passenger in the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives believe a small dark colored car pulled up beside Frazier’s vehicle and subject(s) began firing at them with a rifle.
