In yet another SEC battle, the LSU Tigers come from behind in the 4th quarter to beat the Arkansas Razorbacks in a hard fought contest in Fayetteville.
This game was up in the air until Friday as Arkansas has been struggling with several COVID-19 cases among players and coaches.

But the decision was made to go forward with the SEC contest and LSU took advantage of the shorthanded Arkansas team. The Tigers were trailing 24-20 with about 6:00 to go in the game. But a targeting call sent an Arkansas defender to the locker room and the Tigers got fired up.

Freshman LSU quarterback TJ Finley struggled throughout the game and also had to deal with heavy rains during much of the game. But he led the team during a 4th quarter drive to throw a touchdown pass to Jaray Jenkins with just under 4:00 to play to get a 27-24 win.

This moves the Tigers to 3-3 on the year and Arkansans falls to 3-5.

LSU is on the road at Texas A&M next Saturday. The Aggies are ranked #5 in the nation.

Ole Miss comes to visit Tiger stadium on December 5th and the Tigers wrap up the season on December 12th in a rescheduled game with Florida.

The game against Alabama was also cancelled and no new date has been announced. The SEC Championship game is already scheduled for December 19th.
