LSU Health To Take Major Budget Cut

With funds being cut for public colleges in the state, it looks like LSU Health here in Shreveport will be hit pretty hard. According to a 19 page report that outlines all cuts for the LSU school system, LSU Health and Sciences could see a 15 million dollar cut in funds.

It also appears the center will have to cut 25 jobs and there could be a 28% reduction in class size. Some graduate and residency programs may have to close as well.
