Man Arrested for Sexually Assaulting a Caddo Juvenile

A man from Waskom Texas has been arrested for the sexual assault of a juvenile in Caddo Parish.

64 year old Charles Warren Clayton was arrested on Monday and booked to the Caddo Correctional Center following an investigation by a Caddo Detective.

Clayton is accused of sexually assaulting the victim over a 13-year period. He has been previously convicted of the crime of Video Voyeurism in 2006.

Clayton was located in Waskom, Tx. by the U.S. Marshal's Task Force and booked into CCC with no bond. He was charged with Aggravated Rape and Molestation of a Juvenile.
