We are so fortunate to live in Texas with so much to do and see, but I will admit that traveling is still one of the most fun things to do.

We’re all so comfortable staying at home, but it’s a big, beautiful world once you start exploring.

If you’re wanting to expand your horizons and visit somewhere new you are in luck as there is a new long-haul low-cost airline that just kicked off new flights from Texas to Japan.

Have You Heard of ZIPAIR?

There are tons of different airlines that are offering flights all over the world, so there is a good chance you’re like me and have never heard of ZIPAIR before.

ZIPAIR is a low-cost Japanese airline that is headquartered out of the Narita International Airport.

Where is ZIPAIR Connected to in Texas?

The inaugural flight took place recently out of Bush Airport in Houston, Texas.

ZIPAIR will now offer four round-trip flights each week to Tokyo Narita International Airport.

How Much Does it Cost to Visit Japan from Texas?

As you know flight prices go up and down all the time, but we did look at prices for you.

I was finding round trip flights for one week for a little over $1,000.

Although this is a low-cost airline, which means there are additional charges for a checked bag, carry-on bag, and in-flight meal.

As someone who loves to travel and visit new places, I am excited to hear that it’s easier to visit Japan, I want to go one day.

But first I need to save up the money and PTO days at work.
